Description
Roles & Responsibilities but not limited to;
➢ Must be able to perform duties of a fabricator on a daily basis
➢ Job duties include but not limited to welding, gouging and grinding
➢ Ability to weld in all fillet weld position
➢ Ability to weld in all groove weld position including TKY joints
➢ Carry out cosmetic on finished weld
➢ Ability to connect, assemble and use FCAW and SMAW welding machine
➢ Must be able to use other equipments like power bushing machine, grinding machine, chipping hammer and other hand tools used in welding and cosmetics.
➢ Carry out pre heating of parts using acetylene torch
➢ Use tempstick to avoid excessive heat input and distortion.
➢ Ability to read and understand WPS.
➢ Carry out repair in any defective joint
➢ Carry out housekeeping.
Job Requirement
Qualification
Carbon steel, 6GR SMAW+FCAW welding certificate
Minimum of 5 years experience
