\"\"Mr. Adeniyi Ademuson<\/em><\/span>Managing Director<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Mr. Adeniyi Ademuson, the Managing Director of the Company, graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Geology and a Master\u2019s of Science (M.Sc.) in Petroleum Geology from the University of Ibadan in 1989 and 1993 respectively. He is the pioneer staff of the company in Nigeria when he was contracted as a one man to start the company operations as the Business Development Manager in 1997. He held this position till year 2006 within which he also became a minority shareholder of the company. He got promoted to General Manager in year 2006 and also became the Managing Director in year 2010 the position he holds to date.<\/span><\/p>\n

He commands wide experience of over 2 decades in company start-ups, Business Development, Project Management, Cost Controls and whole company operations domestically and internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Adeniyi Ademuson is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School. He has shown resilience, integrity and transparency in developing and implementing strategic plans, company policies and driving organizational successes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"Mr. Oluwaseye Shoneye<\/em><\/span>Executive Director<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Mr. Oluwaseye Shoneye is a qualified and experienced Industrial & Production Engineer who graduated from the University of Ibadan in 1997 he holds a master\u2019s degree in business administration from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University in 2004. He has over 15years of experience in Project Management.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is a seasoned internal auditor with a qualification from the (IRCA), UK\u2013 ISO 9001: 2008). He has repeatedly proven his competence and vast experience in ensuring that the organization realizes its corporate business objectives through the provision of excellent services to all business stakeholders across all relevant business touchpoints.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is a well-trained executive director of the organization with several trainings both within and outside the country some of which are Technical representative on Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) with Vallourec & Mannesmann (VAM) France and JFE Bear and FOX connections Hunting Energy Services UK.<\/span><\/p>\n

As an executive director who is versatile and a strong business development professional with apt for customer service management, he represents the company in several executive management meetings and he is also a member of the company\u2019s Board of Directors.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"Mrs. Bolanle OludareAAT, BSC, ACA, MBA, FCA<\/em><\/span>Finance Controller<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Mrs. Bolanle Oludare, a graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University (Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting after which she became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.<\/span><\/p>\n

She started her career in the Audit Practice of KPMG Professional Services, Lagos (Nigeria), one of the big four accounting firms in the world \u2013 where she had extensive and deep experience and responsibility for providing audit and advisory services to clients in the manufacturing, telecommunication and other consumer market industries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her quick and analytical mind was also an advantage while she worked at JOF Nigeria limited as the Treasury Manager and Acting Finance Controller where she had a rich career. She also had a short stint at Helios Towers Limited (now IHS Towers NG Ltd), a leading Telecoms Company who builds and maintains telecommunications towers, where she worked as a Receivables and Financial Analysis Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

She had attended various training locally and internationally, with high interest in social and Finance issues, including women, Bolanle is a Member of Women in Finance NG (WIFNG), a platform for advocacy, development and networking of women in the financial sector and other financial roles in Nigeria.<\/span><\/p>\n
