MAIN FUNCTIONS
We are seeking a skilled solar system/EPC installer to support the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cables, and related equipment.
- Carry out electrical connections, wiring, testing, and system commissioning.
- Read and follow basic electrical/solar installation drawings and instructions.
- Conduct site inspections and assist with identifying installation requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance of solar systems.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.
- Work with the project team to complete installations within agreed timelines.
Job Requirement
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• OND, technical certificate, or relevant qualification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Experience in solar installation, electrical works, or EPC projects.
• Good understanding of basic electrical systems and solar equipment.
• Ability to use basic electrical/installation tools.
• Good safety awareness and willingness to work on-site.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience: 5+ years preferred
