MAIN FUNCTION
We are seeking an experienced production superintendent to supervise daily production activities and ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production operations. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills and practical experience in production operations.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily production activities and production personnel.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and schedules are achieved.
- Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials required for production.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance requirements.
- Prepare basic production reports and provide updates to management.
- Lead and motivate production teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
Job Requirement
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- HND/B.Sc. in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in senior production/operations supervision, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environment.
- Good understanding of production processes and HSE requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a production team effectively.
Experience: 8-10 years preferred
