MAIN FUNCTIONS
Managing daily maintenance coordination meetings, Weekly schedule reviews, resource
leveling, shutdown preparation, and Work pack readiness verification. Coordinating and controlling maintenance activities across assigned assets, disciplines, or work
areas to ensure safe, timely and effective execution of preventive, predictive and corrective
maintenance.Interface between operations, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, Materials, HSE, and contractors, ensuring that maintenance work is properly prioritized, prepared, executed, closed out and documented in accordance with company standards.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Coordinate daily maintenance activities across assigned mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and other maintenance disciplines during Commissioning and Start up.
2. Act as the primary coordination point between Contractor, Operations and Maintenance for planned and emergent commissioning and start up activities.
3. Review MRTA team priorities and ensure work is aligned with project requirements, equipment criticality and operational constraints.
4. Monitor daily work execution, identify constraints and initiate timely corrective or recovery actions.
5. Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, materials, specialist services and contractor resources required for maintenance activities.
6. Participate in daily toolbox meetings, coordination meetings, planning meetings and maintenance performance reviews.
7. Monitor progress of critical activities and escalate delays, resource constraints, safety concerns and technical issues.
8. Ensure commissioning and start up activities are executed in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, specifications, OEM recommendations, and applicable standards.
9. Verify that completed work is properly documented, including work-order feedback, equipment history, inspection records, test results and outstanding recommendations.
10. Coordinate punch-list closeout and ensure outstanding maintenance actions are tracked to
completion.
11. Support root-cause investigations and corrective-action implementation for recurring equipment failures.
12. Promote good housekeeping, equipment integrity, safe work practices and compliance with site HSE requirements.
Job Requirement
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in any field of engineering/science discipline.
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in oil and gas plant maintenance, preferably within the Oil and Gas sector with at least 5 years in supervisory, maintenance coordination, maintenance planning, or maintenance management role. Good understanding and coordination experience of maintenance support services, including: - Scaffolding and Work Access Provision. - Overhead and Mobile Cranes Maintenance, Heavy Lifting & Rigging. - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC). - Plant and residential areas' lighting processes. - Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Welding, and Fabrication Workshops. - Special Measurement Analysis Recording and Testing (SMART) process. - Maintenance Field Support Services.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) module, including notification management, work-order processing, maintenance planning support, and reporting.
- Experience working with P&IDs, isometrics, and control drawings for plant design,
construction, commissioning, and start up - Proven experience in maintenance planning, coordination, work management processes, and maintenance documentation within a CMMS environment
- Experience in providing maintenance-related design input and working in an EPC or a plant environment considered an advantage.
- Working experience on part of, or the entire, ORP Project life cycle (from conceptual design through to final commissioning and handover) and/or in the front-line Oil and Gas production operations is desirable.
- Experience with Management of Change processes, maintenance, and operations integrity/process safety management processes
- Experience with MS Office and SAP would be an asset Skills and Knowledge
