New Pipe Yard Site Coordinator / RSES-D

MAIN FUNCTIONS
Coordinate New Pipe Yard operations, including material management, warehouse activities, lifting operations, fuel logistics, site resources, and HSE compliance.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily operations and activities at the New Pipe Yard.
• Supervise receipt, storage, movement, issuance, and security of stock, non-stock, and scrap materials.
• Ensure materials are properly labelled, categorized, stored, and maintained.
• Manage ECP and Transit warehouses and supervise annual inventory activities.
• Supervise forklift, lifting, and material-handling operations in compliance with HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, scrap items, Bill of Scraps (BOS), and Freight Waybills.
• Coordinate Canter Truck operations for movement of light materials.
• Support Jet A1 fuel issuance to field/offshore locations and maintain relevant records.
• Ensure prompt dispatch of helicopter fuel when requested.
• Interface with Security, Logistics, Downstream, MS, IST Archive, and other relevant teams.
• Act as RSES Delegate, ensuring site risk management, environmental compliance, HSE reporting, emergency preparedness, and response.
• Conduct/coordinate HSE inductions, training checks, HSE meetings, emergency drills, and action-plan follow-up.
• Ensure operations comply with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and ISO 14001 standards.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in material management, logistics, warehouse, yard operations, or related field.
• Oil & gas/petroleum industry experience is required, preferably in material/logistics or site operations.
• Experience in HSE site management/RSES/GSES.
• Experience managing people, resources, warehouses, and material-handling operations.
• Good knowledge of SAP/UNISUP.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of petroleum industry equipment and operations.
• Strong knowledge of material management and inventory control.
• Good communication and industrial conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of lifting operations and Permit to Work requirements is an advantage.
