STUFFING COORDINATOR / CONTAINER HANDLING OPERATOR (LOGISTICS)

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

Coordinate and support daily warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate loading, storage, documentation, and shipment of products. Maintain inventory records, monitor warehouse activities to meet quality and safety standards, operate material handling equipment, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Excellent organization and documentation skills
 Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
 Plan and issue instructions for loading containers and trucks.
 Assist with physical inventory of PE stocks.
 Records and maintains PE loading documents on shift.
 Monitor stuffing activities to ensure high quality of products for shipment.
 Perform forklift operations within warehouse
 Physically capable of lifting 20kg over head
 Physically capable of climbing ladders, climbing in and out of various vehicles (forklifts, trucks, cranes etc.)
 Physically capable of working outdoors in high humid condition and high Temperature
 Support a working environment of empowerment that takes responsibility for personal quality of work
 Operate Q-Chem warehouse operations within the culture, laws and environment of Qatar
 Responsible for all aspects of team safety within warehouse work area
 Maintain effective team communications
 Actively participate in any Q-Chem Safety Program (QSAFE, Safety Audit, Safety Campaign,
Housekeeping etc.)

Job Requirements

 Minimum 21 years of age
 Minimum Graduate of Secondary Education (High School) or Trade Diploma
 Proficient on reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English language.
 Basic Computer knowledge Microsoft Office and software application is an advantage
 At least 2 years’ experience in petrochemical plants, Forklift Operation, and Warehousing
 With or Without Qatar Driving License
 Physically fit with regard to eyesight, hearing, reflexes, and ability to handle lifting gear and
equipment.

Training and Certification Requirements
 Shall obtain valid Qatari driving license for Forklift. The contractor company will arrange it if none.
 Be able to pass warehouse and forklift operation certification requirements.
