MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Application Support
- Support all existing HR: fix bugs and provide enhancements and modifications when needed.
- Provide support to other employees on all HR Ensure effective use of HR business systems.
- Application Development
- Write codes to automate
- Develop database objects, including but not limited to tables, stored procedures, views, functions,
- Participate in testing of new and existing software
- Database Management
- Develop queries, stored procedures and functions for analyzing HR
- Carry out database upgrades when
- HR Reports
- Manage the census process. Prepare initial data, liaise with HR advisers and entity heads to provide upload of final data to the web census, and provide census reports to HR management.
- Carry out organization chart updates and provide periodic org chart and manpower
- Provide standard and ad-hoc reports as may be required by
- Campaigns
- Quarterly Census campaigns
- Managing employee data, forecasts, and statistics
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure clean and high-quality data is maintained in the HR
- Follow up on implementation of personnel updates in the HR system and confirm data
- Ensure all request and updates forwarded to the HRIS team are implemented
- Ensure availability of the HR Systems and application at all times
- Advise Users on the Business processes for daily activities
Job Requirement
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A university degree in computer engineering/computer science or related
- A good knowledge of HR Information Systems processes and procedures
- Background in Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server and
- Background knowledge of reporting development and
- Good knowledge of system testing and
- Exceptional MS Excel skill
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of some software development tools like C#. .NET, CSS3, and Javascript
- A minimum of 6 years experience working in a similar position and environment
