RECRUITMENT

We recruit both Local and Expat Personnel through a seamless and highly professional shortlisting process in line with the scope and requirements of our Clients.

We coordinate seamless mobilization (VISA, Work Permits, flights, accommodations, logistics, etc) of our New Personnel Expats/Local and their settling-in at our Client’s Facility.

IMMIGRATION FORMALITIES AND VISA PROCESSING

We provide supporting documents for our New Expats to facilitate the processing of STR Visa from any Nigerian Embassy/High Commission at their Country of Origin at the time of Mobilization.

We seamlessly coordinate the Regularization of Immigration formalities on arrival in-Country with Nigeria Immigration Authorities within the stipulated validity of the STR Visa

We support our Local Personnel with Letters of introduction to Embassies/High Commission to facilitate the processing of EntryVisas.

SALARY PAYMENT

We ensure prompt payment of remuneration as applicable and approved by our Clients in the approved currency to the nominated accounts of the employee.

PAYE/PIT TAX MANAGEMENT

We ensure remittance PAYE/PIT of our Personnel (Local/Expat) deducted in line with Statutory Regulations. This is based on Locations of work. The verifiable evidence of the remittances are made available.

PENSION FUND CONTRIBUTION

We ensure prompt remittance of Pensions Contributions (Employee and Employer) to the nominated Pension Fund Account of our Local Personnel.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

We provide Medical Insurance for our Local Personnel, their Spouse and Four Biological Children through Registration with reputable Health Management Organization (HMO).

We provide Medical Insurance including MEDEVAC to our Expat Personnel through Registration with Internationally recognize Global Medical Insurance Services providers

PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR EXPATS

For our ex-pat delegates, we provide secured Western-styled fully furnished and functional accommodation as may require by our clients based on the location of work.
